Fiona Bruce Solicitors is pleased to announce that following a rigorous 2-day assessment, they have been awarded The Lexcel Legal Practice Quality Mark accredited by the Law Society. This quality mark is awarded for excellence in legal practice management and client care.
Commendations were made for nine areas of good practice including: financial planning; COVID-19 risk assessment; structured file reviews; and client feedback. These areas of good practice are defined as evidencing, “either a diligent approach to complying with the (Lexcel) requirements or identifying areas in which the minimum Lexcel requirement has been exceeded”.
