Remortgages

We can assist you with a remortgage on your property. As part of the transaction, we will redeem your existing mortgage to take out the new mortgage on completion if required. We may need to obtain searches for your new lender and we can obtain the same on your behalf. As part of the transaction we will report to you on your new mortgage and provide you with important information regarding your agreement with your lender. We can also assist with additional borrowing agreements with your current lender.
